Social Web CMS, the popular fork of social bookmarking platform Pligg is reinventing itself as Hotaru CMS.

HotaruCMS will be a complete reinvention of Social Web CMS. Hotaru is an open-ended content management system, almost entirely plugin based. It will be used as a framework for anything, but we are currently building a suite of plugins that mimic a social bookmarking site like Social Web CMS. Hotaru shares more in common with Wordpress than SWCMS.
